By accessing or using mitico.tech (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational website operated by Mitico, Inc. providing information about the Mitico group of companies and its activities. The Site does not currently offer any means of submitting personal data, subscribing to communications, or entering into transactions online.

corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful
components.
This Section does not affect any statutory rights or warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under
mandatory law applicable to you, including the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of
habitual residence.

To the fullest extent permitted by Delaware law, in no event will Mitico, Inc. be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill,
arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded under the foregoing, Mitico, Inc's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site will not exceed USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law — including consumer protection laws that may apply to visitors in the European Union, Switzerland, Canada, or elsewhere, which are not overridden by this Section or by the Delaware governing law clause in Section 9.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This choice of law does not deprive you of protections under the mandatory laws of your country of
habitual residence, including consumer protection and data protection laws, which cannot be excluded by agreement.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of such courts, subject to the mandatory rights described above.
